Internal Family Systems allows us to meet all of our parts — including the ones we shame or ignore. Each part has a role, a fear, a need. When we understand them, our relationship with ourselves changes.
Family Constellations
We clarify inherited relational and family patterns — what you've unconsciously taken on from your family system, and how you can find your own place within it without carrying what belongs to others.
Somatic awareness
Trauma, shame, and fear don't only live in the story. They live in the body — in tension, in breath, in automatic reactions. We learn to listen to the body's signals as information, not as threat.
