About me

12 years in business taught me to show up for others, to manage, to deliver. I was competent. And it was precisely that competence that kept me, for a long time, from asking the harder question: what is happening with me?
When I was finally able to answer it — not all at once, but over time, with patience and with help — I knew that what I had learned was worth passing on.
My path toward deeper work began with frustration — not only with ”talk-therapy”, but with the gap between insight and change. Something was missing. The distance between understanding something and feeling it shift, in the body, not just the mind.
What changed that wasn't a single method. It was discovering approaches that worked where the story actually lives — not in words, but in the nervous system, in the parts of us that formed long before we had language for them. Family Constellations showed me the invisible loyalties carried across generations. Working with inner parts revealed the voices I had mistaken for my whole self. And underneath all of it, I found something I hadn't expected to need as much as I did: a connection to something larger — a spiritual dimension that gave the healing work both ground and direction.
Today I work with adults who, like I once did, already know a great deal about themselves — and still feel that something, deeper down, hasn't truly shifted. Not because they're doing anything wrong. But because the pattern lives below where understanding alone can reach.
Why "talk" therapy sometimes only goes so far
Cognitive understanding brings clarity, but not always regulation. Trauma, shame, fear and early experiences don't live only in the past story. They live in the body, in the nervous system, in the automatic reflexes that arise before the mind has time to respond.
That's why my approach goes beyond what happened and focuses on how it's being lived now: in the body, in relationships, in present-day patterns. Slowly, safely, with attention to your pace.
My work is integrative, focusing on:
→ Emotional regulation — building the capacity to stay present with emotions without becoming overwhelmed
→ Body awareness — learning to read the body's signals as information
→ Inner parts work — meeting all facets of yourself, including the ones you judge
→ Family and relational context — clarifying what you've inherited and what you can choose differently
We don't rush the process. We don't force catharsis. We don't try to "fix" anything. We build safety — so that the body can release what the mind already understands.

Compassionate Inquiry®
An approach that explores the unconscious beliefs formed through early experiences — the ones that shape adult behaviour without our awareness. We don't work with the story itself, but with what is being lived in the body in the present moment, beneath the story.
Family Constellations
A method that works with relational and family dynamics passed down across generations — to clarify what truly belongs to you and what you have taken on unconsciously.
Internal Family Systems
A method that treats the psyche as a system of "parts" — each with its own role, its own fear, its own need. There are no bad parts — only parts that learned to survive.
ThetaHealing®
A complementary approach that works with deep-seated beliefs — at the level where logic alone cannot reach. I use it selectively, when it fits the client's process.
