If you’ve talked a lot about what happened to you, but your body still doesn’t feel safe
Many of the people who come to work with me are highly functional on the outside.
They think clearly. They understand where their patterns come from.
They’ve done therapy, read books, and worked on themselves.
And yet, internally:

the body remains tense
-
emotions appear suddenly—or not at all

the same relational dynamics keep repeating

there’s a sense of being stuck: “I know, but I can’t”
Why talk therapy often works only up to a point

For many people, cognitive insight brings clarity—but not necessarily regulation.Trauma, shame, fear, and early attachment experiences don’t live only in the story; they live in the body and the nervous system.That’s why my approach goes beyond understanding what happened and focuses on exploring how it is being experienced now—slowly, safely, and with care.

About me
My personalized therapeutic approach blends together elements from Family Constellations, Compassionate Inquiry, IFS and body awareness, adapting each session to the specific needs and pace of each client. I create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore their internal experiences without judgment, allowing the body, emotions and mind to move toward greater alignment.
Guided by compassion, genuine curiosity and targeted inquiry, I host sessions to help each person access compassion, build emotional maturity and strengthen self-trust. By meeting clients exactly where they are, this personalized process supports meaningful and sustainable transformation, helping them stay connected to themselves even in challenging moments.
