Everyone arrives with a different story. The services below are different ways we can work together - choose what resonates or write to me if you don't know where to start.

There is no wrong starting point. There is only the step you're ready to take right now.

01.

Perhaps you understand where your patterns come from — but your body still hasn't settled. Emotions arrive too suddenly, or not at all. And there's that persistent feeling: I know, but I can't.

Individual sessions are a space where we work with what you're living right now — not just with the story, but with the lived experience in the body. We explore your patterns with curiosity, without rush and without judgment, through Compassionate Inquiry and IFS (Internal Family Systems).

We don't force catharsis. We don't fix anything. We build safety — so that the body can release what the mind already understands.

If this resonates, the first step is a free introductory session — a short, no-obligation space where we explore whether and how we might work together.

02.

Sometimes, what we carry isn't only ours. Relational patterns, unexplained fears, invisible loyalties to family — all of these can hold traces of entire generations.

Family Constellations is a method that makes these dynamics visible. Working with spatial representations — individually or in a group — we can see clearly what belongs to whom, and what can, at last, be released.

You don't need to know in advance what problem you want to solve. It's enough to come with whatever you feel is holding you back.

Sessions are available both individually and in online group format. Write to me to find out the dates of upcoming group sessions.

03.

Your relationship isn't broken. But something has become stuck — conversations end badly, distance has grown quietly, or the same conflicts keep returning in loops with no resolution.

Couples therapy sessions are not a space where someone decides who is right. They are a space where both of you can be heard — including the things you don't yet know how to say.

I work with couples who want to understand each other better, rebuild emotional safety, or navigate a period of change. You don't need to be in crisis to come to couples therapy.

A free introductory session is available for couples too. We meet, we see how you feel, and we decide together whether to continue.

04.

Loss doesn't follow a calendar. And it doesn't always look the way we expect — it may be the death of someone dear, but also the end of a relationship, an identity, or a dream about the future.

Unprocessed grief lives in the body. It shows up as tension, unexplained fatigue, withdrawal. Not because you are weak, but because the nervous system has been carrying alone, for too long, something that needs a larger space.

In grief therapy, we don't try to get over the loss as quickly as possible. We try to move through it — with care, with rhythm, with presence.

If you're going through a period of loss and feel you need a safe space, you can book a free introductory session.

05.

There is something particular that happens when you are seen not only by a therapist, but also by other people who know what you're going through — because they are going through something similar.

My online support groups are structured, guided spaces where we explore common themes — relationships, anxiety, boundaries, identity — with confidentiality and mutual care.

You don't need to be ready to talk. You can come and listen. The group is for you, at your own pace.

Write to me to find out the dates of active groups, or to be added to the waiting list.

Not sure where to start? Send me a message and I'll respond within a few hours. You don't need to know exactly what you're looking for — it's enough to feel that something needs to change.
